Breast Cancer Treatment - The Most Effective Treatments For Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is fast becoming an epidemic here in North America, and probably in many other countries as well. I can't say that it's entirely surprising, though. With the dead food diets, and electromagnetic fields, and toxic personal care products, it isn't really very surprising at all. What is surprising, is that women are still subjecting themselves to toxic and barbaric treatment and screening procedures. I guess when fear sets in and you have a supposed expert standing there telling you that your only hope is Chemotherapy or surgery, you just accept it.

As you read every word of this short article, you're going to realize that conventional breast cancer treatments aren't only ineffective, but are downright harmful to your chances of survival. When it comes to treating breast cancer, nature offers far more potent and far less harmful options.

The most effective treatments for breast cancer are not chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery. If you've been diagnosed with breast cancer, you want to get well. That is your goal. Now, how in the world do you expect to regain your health and vitality by pumping toxic chemicals into your bloodstream? Chemotherapy kills cancer cells. And it also kills healthy cells. It kills everything in its path. If your cancer happens to go away before you die, then it is deemed a success. It's a huge, billion dollar joke!

And as for radiation...aren't we told to avoid radiation because it causes cancer? If there's a nuclear accident, aren't there huge amounts of cancer cases and birth defects afterward because of radiation? How can it heal the same thing it causes?

I won't even go into surgery. Cutting off body parts is sad and barbaric. Your body is beautiful the way it is. Just leave it alone.

Our bodies want to heal themselves. We have our own built in immune system perfectly designed to keep disease out. All we have to do is help it out. All we have to do is reverse the conditions in our body that enabled the breast cancer to get there in the first place.

You have breast cancer because you are toxic. You have breast cancer because you are acidic. You have it because you have low oxygen levels and because your immune system is weak. Natural breast cancer treatments are designed to reverse these conditions inside your body. If you make the environment one that cancer cells can't survive in, guess what will happen? That's right, no more cancer.

Cancer doctors will argue this, and they will use their big medical terms. They will make it seem so complicated, but it really isn't. Your body wants to be in balance and it wants to be breast cancer free. Explore natural treatment options that will restore it back to where it wants to be.

The most effective treatments for breast cancer can be found all around you...all you have to do is take responsibility for your own health and take some action.

After Breast Cancer, Breathing and Creativity - ABC's After Treatment

So, what's a deep breath got to do with after breast cancer diagnosis and bilateral mastectomy treatment? Just about every single thing, actually! And it's free! Yep. Those deep, conscious, mind-full, air-filled inhales contribute to healing and health and attitude adjustment and everything good after treatment. You could actually stop reading right now and just set the timer to breathe deeply for several moments and be re-generated and re-enlivened.

Or, maybe it's just I who turned into a shallow breather after hearing "Your diagnosis is breast cancer." UGH...ugh again! Don't like thinking about it; didn't like hearing it, yet here I am, thankfully, still breathing and enjoying life a whole bunch after treatment! YES!

There's this delicious thing called, 'relaxing' that didn't used to be part of my daily routine. I was rushed, filled with anxiety, busy, hectic and on the go. Now I relax every single day. Sometimes I even relax as I work (what a concept). And you can too.

Every one of us whether a friend of someone in treatment, someone in treatment, or someone who has completed treatment can benefit from putting more relax time on the schedule. If you're lucky enough to live with pets and if you need help to relax, grab a dog to snuggle with or a kitty to purr while you 'just hang'. They know the drill!

The point is to slow the anxious, over-whelmed, racing mind and the benefits are nummy! To name a few:
• Stress reduction
• Being in the moment
• Experience of peace
• In receipt of spurts of joy
• Sense of well-being

Yep; all that from just taking the time to breath mindfully! It's the free solution to being really here in the present moment. When I do this, I often get brainstorms or answers to something I've been pondering. I definitely feel a sense of satisfaction, more in touch with my creativity and a heightened appreciation of what is 'right' around me after taking this breathing break. You can too!

What Are You Designing After Treatment? How You Talk to Yourself Matters!

One of the best parts of living past breast cancer diagnosis and treatment is that I get to learn so many new things. Even after bilateral mastectomy, I get to support others and I also get to see how I plan my life and space for my creativity. This concept of post-treatment accepting myself as creative is so new that I'm eager to share tidbits about my 'journey' with you even if you're way ahead of me. (And, if you haven't yet embraced yourself as creative, please let this support you to say 'yes' to it! It's one of the best post-treatment gifts you can give yourself.)

This morning when playing in my garden of multi-colored Iceland poppies, I realize again that quality of life is a mater of focus. For so long it was on cancer, treatment, being scared and wanting to live. Now I seem to be more aware of my choices. Just as I can focus on the weeds or dead stuff or spent blooms, I can also think in ways that cause me to feel blocked and stuck. I can feel frightened, annoyed or worried about the many bumble bees and their flurry of activity around "my" flowers or I can feel joy and delight that 'my' garden is contributing to the honey production process in a distant hive.

Whatever you're thinking about is literally planning what's next. We sisters in this breast cancer sorority have new choices ahead. When you're worrying, you are planning. When you're appreciating you are planning, when you are admiring, you are planning, when you are fretting or complaining or whining, you are planning. What are you planning?

While doing a mundane chore like trimming away spent flowers, I see that even that act can spur my creative juices to flow more freely. Now that I'm no longer focused on treatment and doctor appointments and hospital visits, I can choose to focus on other stuff. I choose flowers. When I take time to admire the currently thriving blossoms and put my focus there, I feel up-lifted and ready to explore new ideas. This early morning garden experience brings into focus again that the conversation I have inside my own head is under my control. I can think in ways that enhance my creativity, up-lift my spirits and bring a smile or I can do the opposite and all while 'working' in the garden. You can too! What are you designing?
